The Faena Journal was printed for the guests at the Faena Hotel Miami Beach, a five-star hotel with an emphasis on the arts. All content of the journal was curated and written by me, except the Aleph section on Slide 3.
The Genuine Kitchen was a blog for James Beard Award-winning Chef Micheal Schwartz’s restaurant group. The Tavern Tastemaker project was a collaboration with his restaurant the Cypress Tavern and Ocean Drive Magazine.
